The warranty is very simple: If anything goes wrong with your pinball machine, we will fix it at no charge, excluding light bulbs and rubber rings, because they will wear out over time. Games Delivered Outside of West MichiganWe partner with North American Van Lines and your pinball machine/arcade game is treated like a piece of furniture. Beginning, Sept 1, 2008, We offer a 1 YEAR warranty on any NEW pinball machine. The warranty is very simple: If anything goes wrong with your pinball machine, we replace parts at no charge, excluding light bulbs and rubber rings, because they will wear out over time. Games Shipped via Common Carrier:It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the game for visual damage, upon delivery, before signing the freight receipt.
