Fun for all ages. A really adrenalin pumping action packed pinball. This pinballs theme and playfield is based the popular movie series with the same name. It is a great themed pinball that everyone will love. Star Wars Episode 1 was the second and last pinball game from the Pinball 2000 series. It was also the lst pinball that Williams made. It is a veryfun and action packed machine. With this machine they used the revolutionary Holo-Projection system to beam images from a monitor directly on the playing field. Images change on the playfield and makes it look like you are playing a different pinball on different levels. This makes the game a lot more fun since you are playing pinball for real, but has 3D type figures on the upper part of the playfield. Only 2 games were made with this technology Revenge From Mars and Star Wars Episode 1. What players have always loved about pinball is still the foundation for Pinball 2000: the physical sensation of launching that silver ball and controlling its flight through the use of the flippers. But what distinguishes the game play of Star Wars EP 1 from games of old is monumental. The innovation of virtual video targets makes for a deeper, more realistic story line. The aliens and characters literally look like they are all over the playfield! The graphics and music are perfectly synchronized with the ball, and there are a whopping 10 modes to complete each with it's own graphics, animation and sounds! Once you complete all 10 modes, your neon light saber lights, and you are thrown into a duel with Dark Maul which features an awesome video enhanced four ball multi-ball! Defeat Dark Maul four times (40 modes) and you'll conquer the game! (Jedi Youth, Jedi Knight, Jedi Master, and Jedi Spirit). Star Wars Episode 1 features a great balance of hard shots and easy shots along with a perfect amount of left shots and right shots. It’s a great game since beginning pinball players can play for fun, but it also has a deep enough rule set to give experienced pinball players a run for their money! Created as a very complex and challenging game with deep rule sets, Star Wars Episode 1 features EIGHT different types of multi-ball play and is as much fun to watch as it is to play! Interactive characters (Queen Amadala, C3PO, R2D2, Jar Jar, etc.) talk to you throughout the game, and each mode is ingenious by utilizing almost every main character from the film!
